TopBid World provides public company profiles, visibility tools and a ranking based on eligible verified bids. A position is promotional visibility, not an investment, security, endorsement, traffic guarantee, sales promise or return on investment.
You must have legal capacity and authority to represent the company or brand you submit. You are responsible for accurate company information, account credentials and compliance with the laws that apply to you.
Profiles may be created privately before payment. Keep access credentials confidential and notify support if you believe an account has been compromised. We may request information needed to prevent fraud or impersonation.
Eligible Stripe checkout methods may include cards and supported digital wallets. USDT and BNB use BNB Smart Chain, Chain ID 56. No payment method accepts less than the equivalent of US$1. The available method, amount and any applicable fee or tax are shown before confirmation.
A bid affects the ranking only after the server receives and validates the relevant Stripe event or the eligible blockchain transaction. Pending, invalid, duplicated, expired or incomplete payments do not count.
The highest active confirmed individual bid leads. A bid is active for up to 30 days from confirmation, subject to the published ranking rules. Equal bids are ordered by earliest confirmation. A later eligible bid may change a position before its period ends.
Stripe processes eligible checkout payments under its own terms. BNB Smart Chain transactions are public and blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by this website. Confirm the network, asset, recipient and amount before approving a crypto transaction; never provide a seed phrase or private key.
Ranking uses a USDT-equivalent base. USD card orders and USDT use a 1:1 base value; local card-provider display or settlement does not revalue the ranking score. For BNB, the BNB/USDT quote is sampled when the order is created, with the quote and creation timestamp saved on the order. The normalized score is an integer number of micro-USDT and remains fixed for a confirmed bid; later exchange rates do not retroactively change it.
You are responsible for taxes, network costs and other charges that apply to your payment or business. Any platform or provider charge shown at checkout forms part of the amount you authorize.
You retain rights in material you submit and confirm that you may use it. You grant TopBid World a non-exclusive permission to host and display that material in your public profile, ranking, certificate and share cards while the relevant profile or recognition is available. TopBid World branding, software and editorial layouts remain protected.
Do not impersonate a person or company, submit unlawful or infringing material, misrepresent a payment, manipulate verification or ranking data, attack the service, use abusive automation, or interfere with another participant's profile or account.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, a payment dispute, prohibited behavior, legal compliance or a material breach. We may remove content that cannot lawfully remain public. Public blockchain history cannot be deleted by this website.
The service may change, be interrupted for maintenance or be unavailable because of a provider, network or event outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a specific ranking result or that every payment rail is available in every country or device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TopBid World is not responsible for indirect loss, lost sales, lost opportunity, loss of expected visibility, blockchain mistakes made by the sender, or third-party outages. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions about an account, payment or profile should be submitted through the Support Center with the relevant order ID or transaction hash. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
We may update these terms when the service, payment rails or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means the updated terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation or activation of your participation, whichever occurs later. See the complete policy below. Being outbid or reaching the end of a bid period does not automatically create a refund outside that window; rights for duplicate charges, an incorrect confirmation, non-delivery, service failure, chargeback or applicable law remain preserved.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without excluding mandatory rules or rights that apply to the participant. Any dispute must be handled by the legally competent forum, observing applicable consumer rights.

The request date is the date you contact us, not the date it is reviewed.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method when technically available. Crypto transfers cannot be undone on-chain; a due refund requires a separate secure solution agreed with the account holder. This commercial policy does not remove mandatory legal rights.
